Ray Gibbons died in the summer of 1997WHAT YOU KNEW, OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN, ABOUT NERVE IN A NUTSHELL, WITH SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON CONCEPTS USEFUL IN CARDIAC ELECTROPHYSIOLOGY

W. R. Gibbons

Many concepts from nerve physiology will be used again in cardiac electrophysiology. This is for those who need to have their memories refreshed. Because it is a review, I will not try to define each and every term as it is used. I will stress some areas that have been problems in the past, and some basic physical principles you may have suppressed over the years.
